Directions

Instant Pudding
Add 40g powder into a bowl and then slowly add in 80-90ml ice cold water or your favourite plant milk. Mix it well with a whisk or spoon until smooth and creamy and no lumps remain.

Warm Custard
Follow the same method for instant pudding and once you are happy with the pudding consistency, try heating it up for 30-45 seconds for a protein custard. Caution. May be hot.
